SOYVO gives Special attention its paid staff and volunteers. As the organisation is growing in its capacity to carry out numerous projects, the capabilities of the staff to manage such projects are also being strengthened through various trainings in skills building. The organisation’s human resources’ department managed to recruit highly effective and motivated employees who have added great value to the organisation. Team work is considered a resourceful component in sharing skills and ideas hence the staff members on various occasions used brainstorming methodologies in coming up with effectual ways of project execution.

The organisation greatly benefited from the skills provided by volunteers. The involvement of volunteers in its program implementation was considered as evidence of the communities’ support and determination in anticipation of a successful and united community. The organisation has a policy that accommodates and uses the expertise of volunteers so as to cut administration costs while gaining an advantage of the skills shared.
